Refund policy

At Acathat, we want you to feel confident with every order. We offer returns, exchanges, and a 30-day warranty for eligible items purchased directly from acathat.com.

If your item does not fit, arrives with a quality issue, or does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, exchange, or warranty request, please contact us at acathat.com@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If your item has a quality issue, please include clear photos or videos for review.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Size issues
  • Quality issues
  • Product defects
  • Wrong item received
  • Change of mind

For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, including original packaging, accessories, and tags.

For approved quality-related returns or exchanges within 30 days:

  • Acathat will cover the approved return shipping cost
  • Replacement or exchange shipping will be covered by Acathat
  • Return instructions will be provided by email
  • We do not charge return handling or restocking fees

For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, including change-of-mind and size-related requests, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

30-Day Warranty

Acathat provides a 30-day limited warranty for eligible products purchased directly from acathat.com.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use, including defects in materials or workmanship reported within 30 days of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Damage caused by high heat exposure
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect normal use

If a quality issue is confirmed within the 30-day warranty period, we may offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Processing Time

After a returned item is received, it will be inspected as soon as possible.

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Approved exchanges or replacements will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to product availability.

International return processing times may vary depending on carrier transit times and customs clearance.
